The day before yesterday, I was still reading The Host: A Novel by Stephenie Meyer. Without willing, I looked up and saw the following happen:
He comes in through the door, slamming it. Visibly angry, he yanks out the chair and sits on it, frustrated. She walks over and puts her arms around him, kissing him softly on his left eye.
He yells, "J-just don't! Leave me alone! God..."
She sighs, "Ok." She doesn't feel any resentment towards him, she knows him better than anyone and knows that he doesn't mean any cruelty when angry. She did, however, get a little emotionally upset. She returns to spraying Windex on the sliding glass that opens to the small balcony. Their apartment overlooks the city skyline. As she continues to clean, the cat unexpectedly goes to the window and stares out, not moving a muscle. She sits down and follows the cats glance. A black figure appeared seemingly out of thin air, as if it was jumping, from one skyscraper to another. It could not possibly be human, for there was no way a human can be a black shape jumping from one place to another in less time than it took to blink. Jumping was not the right word either. The figure would reappear at the next spot with such speed that it was hard to focus the eyes on it.
It disappeares after two "reappearances." The cat stretches and jumps to the couch, on which it decides to sleep. She doesn't believe what she just saw, and yet she is not in shock. She stays seated in place, thinking.
He continues to sulk and noticed nothing.
This flashed through my mind without pausing, just came and went. I tried to continue it, willed it to, but it didn't go past that last sentence. I saw it all in my head, not exactly clear, but it was like it was happening on its own. It's not the first time it happened, but it is the first time that it happened without my own interference. By that I mean, I would sometimes make the little story go further by thinking up things that might happen in this story. But this... happened all on its own ._.,
I finished reading The Host yesterday, all 619 pages, not including the Author's Note. The strange thought/story had nothing to with the book. Hopefully, this happens again.
Yesterday was fun ^^.

On a better note, I checked out another White Stripes CD I miraculously found at the library. The song that I first recognized them by years ago is called Seven Nation Army and now I have it! :D

I can't remember the first part, but I do remember it was Ajoi and me. She was driving a purple van with me in the passenger seat. She drives behind some stores to avoid traffic. We see an identical van to hers but in white about to ram into us. This is where it gets super uber weird. Somehow...we weren't in a car anymore but leaning against the stores' wall and white van keeps going, makes a right onto the other wall and drives up the wall. I noticed that it followed a pipeline to go up. The white van goes to the top, doesn't make it, and begins to go back to earth. Instead of a horrible crash though, it goes -POOF- into a million white feathers and they drift lazily onto the ground. An old man mysteriously appeared in the antique shop (somehow we're in the front of the store at this time) and Ajoi starts laughing, saying, "Omg, did you see how wide that old man's eyes' were? Dude, they were like, this huge! -does imitation-" I started laughing but then I see a bright red motorcycle turning the corner and I could've sworn the motorcyclist nodded at me before zooming off. I wanted to tell her that, but we were still laughing. Then I see a crunchy leaf in mid-air, at eye-level to me. I have a puzzled face, I feel as if Ajoi left me, and I start to grab the leaf.
My sister pounds on the door saying in a whisper, "It's past 11! When are you gonna wake up?! You're so lazy, get up already!" Too much time around my parents start to make her sound like one. Took me a few minutes to realize my hand was still outstretched towards the leaf. Took me another few minutes to get up while my sister was still ranting.
...Yeah...iunno...at least I didn't have those nightmares again -shivers-
